Auto Care USA provides automotive repair, maintenance, inspection, and related services. Estimates provided through our website are non-binding and subject to change following an in-person inspection or diagnostic of your vehicle. Final pricing will always be reviewed and approved by you before repair work begins.
Booking and estimate requests submitted through our website are requests only and are not confirmed appointments until a member of our team contacts you to confirm date, time, and service details.
If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to text messaging, Auto Care USA may send you SMS messages related to your appointment, service status, and reminders, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
Qualifying repairs performed at Auto Care USA locations are covered by our 2-year / 24,000-mile nationwide parts-and-labor warranty as described on our Warranty page. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms, exclusions, and documentation requirements provided at the time of service.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made. We may offer third-party financing options, such as Affirm or Sunbit; financing terms are governed by the applicable third-party provider’s own agreement, not by Auto Care USA.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms. We may refuse service to anyone for legitimate business reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Care USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
